Service
EDDM mailers across Northeast Florida.
Every Door Direct Mail puts a physical postcard in every active mailbox on a USPS carrier route — no mailing list, no addresses, no list rental. It's the cheapest way to blanket a neighborhood. We run both shared group mailers and solo solo EDDM campaigns.
Two ways to run EDDM with us
Group mailer ($499 first / $699 standard). Up to nine non-competing local businesses share a single 5,000-piece neighborhood drop. You get your own panel, your industry is locked, and the cost lands around 10¢ per household. Best for small budgets and recurring monthly exposure.
Solo route (custom quote). The full mailer is yours — front and back — and you choose the exact ZIPs, radius, drop date, and size. Typical solo EDDM runs 28–45¢ per piece all-in. Best for grand openings, seasonal campaigns, or any business that needs full creative real estate.
What's included
Whichever route you choose, we handle the entire pipeline: layout and design (with unlimited revisions until approval), commercial print on heavy gloss stock, USPS EDDM paperwork, bundling by carrier route, and the post-office hand-off. You don't touch a permit, a facing slip, or a bundle band.
Coverage area
We mail across Jacksonville and a 60-mile radius — including the Beaches, San Marco, Riverside, Mandarin, Arlington, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Fleming Island, St. Johns County, and Fernandina Beach.
When EDDM beats targeted mail
If your customer base is "everyone in this ZIP" — restaurants, dentists, salons, retail, home services in dense neighborhoods — EDDM is almost always cheaper per converted customer than a targeted list. If you need to reach specific homeowners, income tiers, or a niche professional segment, targeted mailing-list direct mail is the better tool.
Frequently asked questions
What does EDDM stand for?+
Every Door Direct Mail. It's a USPS program that lets businesses send mail to every address on a chosen carrier route without buying a mailing list or addressing each piece individually.
How much does EDDM cost?+
USPS EDDM Retail postage is approximately 21¢ per piece in 2026. Add print and design and a solo 5,000-piece EDDM campaign typically runs $1,400–$2,200 all-in. Crazy Mailman's shared group mailer delivers a 5,000-piece drop for $499 first-time / $699 standard.
What size does EDDM require?+
An EDDM piece must be at least 6.25 inches tall by 11 inches long, or larger up to 12×15. Anything smaller falls under standard postcard postage. Our group mailers run at 8.5×11.
Do I need a mailing permit?+
EDDM Retail (under 5,000 pieces per ZIP per day) requires no permit. EDDM BMEU (bulk) does require a permit and is filed under our account when you run a campaign through Crazy Mailman.
Can I target specific neighborhoods?+
Yes. EDDM routes are USPS carrier routes — each route averages 400–600 households. You can pick exact routes by neighborhood, demographic profile, or radius from your business.
