Service
Targeted mailing-list direct mail.
When EDDM is too broad, a targeted addressed mailer hits only the households or businesses that match your buyer. We source the list, clean and presort it, design the piece, and mail it.
Lists we work with
Consumer / homeowner. Filter by ZIP, age, household income, homeowner vs renter, length of residence, presence of children, and dozens of other lifestyle attributes.
New movers. Households that moved in the last 30, 60, or 90 days — high response category for restaurants, home services, dentists, fitness, and retail.
Business (B2B). Filter by SIC/NAICS code, employee count, annual revenue, and contact title. Useful for commercial cleaning, IT services, insurance, and any B2B local service.
Your own list. Existing customers, lapsed customers, leads — bring it and we'll mail it.
How it works
Tell us the criteria. We pull match counts from our list partners, send you a count and a price, and you approve the spend. The list is run through NCOA (National Change of Address) and CASS address-standardization before printing, then presorted for postal discounts.
When targeted mail outperforms EDDM
High-ticket services (roof replacement, dental implants, real estate, financial advisory) generally earn back the higher per-piece cost because the close value is large. Niche B2B where your buyer is one specific job title at one specific company size. Re-engagement of your own lapsed customers — your list is always the cheapest list to mail.
Frequently asked questions
What is targeted direct mail?+
Targeted direct mail uses a purchased or supplied list of specific addresses — homeowners, renters, age range, income bracket, business type, recent movers — rather than mailing every door on a route. It costs more per piece than EDDM but reaches only the audience you want.
When should I use targeted mail instead of EDDM?+
Use targeted mail when (a) your customer is a specific segment that isn't well represented in any single neighborhood — for example, new homeowners, business owners in a specific industry, or households in a defined income tier — or (b) you have a high-value offer where the cost-per-mailpiece matters less than precision. Use EDDM when your buyer is broadly 'everyone within driving distance'.
How much does targeted direct mail cost?+
List cost typically runs 8–20¢ per name. Printing is similar to EDDM. Postage is higher — First-Class addressed mail runs around 56¢ per piece in 2026 (presort discounts apply). Total all-in for a targeted addressed postcard usually lands between 70¢ and $1.20 per piece.
Can I supply my own mailing list?+
Yes. CSV, Excel, or a CRM export — we'll de-duplicate it, run NCOA address correction, and presort for postage discounts before printing. You own your list.
