What happens, step by step

    Choose a neighborhood, beach town, or surrounding city within our 60-mile radius. Each area runs as its own dated drop.

  2. We lock your industry

    The moment you claim a spot, we block any other business in your category from joining that same mailer. No competition on the page next to yours — guaranteed.

  3. Send copy or let us write it

    Type your own offer in the form, or pick 'Have your staff write it' — we'll book a 15-minute discovery call and write the copy for you.

  4. We design your panel

    Each business gets a clean, branded panel on the shared mailer. You'll see a digital proof and can revise until it's right.

  5. Drop date is fixed

    The mailer goes out on the scheduled drop date for that area. Once 9 spots fill or the deadline hits, the mailer is locked and goes to print.

  6. USPS delivers to every door

    We hand it to your local USPS facility for EDDM delivery. 5,000 households in your chosen area receive it within the carrier window.

Run a custom independent route

Your mailer, your timing, your route. You get the entire piece to yourself — no shared panels, no other businesses. Pick exact ZIPs or a radius anywhere within Jacksonville and the 60-mile area.

What happens, step by step

    Tell us the city, ZIP codes, or a radius (e.g. '5 miles around 32256'). We'll pull the exact USPS carrier-route counts and send you a map.

  2. Custom quote in 1 business day

    Pricing depends on size (6.5×9, 8.5×11, 9×12), quantity, paper stock, and route. Typical solo mailers run roughly 28–45¢ per piece all-in (print + postage + design).

  3. Full creative control

    The whole front and back is yours. Our designers build it from your brand or you can supply print-ready files. Unlimited revisions until approval.

  4. You pick the drop date

    Tie it to a grand opening, holiday, sale, or seasonal push. We schedule print and USPS hand-off backwards from your in-home date.

  5. Print + USPS prep

    We print, bundle by carrier route, fill out the EDDM paperwork, and deliver the bundles to the right post offices for you.

  6. Tracking + proof of delivery

    You get confirmation when bundles are accepted by USPS and an estimated in-home delivery window for the route.

What's the catch with the $499 first-time price?+

No catch. It's a one-time intro rate to get you on your first group mailer. After that, the standard rate is $699 per drop — still well under what a solo mailer of the same size would cost.

What if my industry is already taken on the area I want?+

We'll show you the next-closest area where your industry is open, or you can join the next scheduled drop in that same area. We never double up industries.

How long does the whole process take?+

From signup to mailbox: typically 2–4 weeks for a custom route, and you join the next available scheduled date for a group mailer. Quote and design proof come back within 1 business day.

Do I need to provide design files?+

No. Send us your logo and tell us your offer — we design from scratch. If you have print-ready files, even better, we'll use those.
